20th Century Horse Throwing
On a small surf tour starting from this bunte-bilder-kucken-tag linklist (on partykeller again - where does she always get these great links from?). Following a few more links I found ward7, a really nice designed flash site site with pixel graphics (as far as this is possible in this antialising-if-you-want-or-not-programme).
Warning - This Episode Contains Some Pixel Nudity
I found some nice pixel people episodes on neopod. Actually I was following a link that I got from Timothy (thanks!). Surfstation is a really great site with daily fresh and interesting links to good designed websites + + + plus the possibility to publish your own pictures, animations, fonts, songs and other stuff. I don´t need to mention that the design of surfstation is excellent as well. Another link led me to some fine pixel fonts on cubadust. Parental advisory: it´s easy to spend a long time on this site. There are tons of great links on surfstation, so just visit this page. A final broad hint: take a look at simian.
Pixel Safari
I found a lot of fine pixel design sites today. The most famous of all is eboy, a small design group in Berlin and New York with the focus on screen, print, illustration and font design. They made some other projects in their very own style: e.g. the soap machine on quickhoney, poptics, a kind of pacman for mtv and some other games on netbabyworld. Or maybe have a look at Mr. Honeylover by arosa2000 on his quest for happyness. Or do you want to move to the internet and become a citizen of icontown? Nice Mac and PC icons you can find on iconbox, iconparade or madsciencelaboratories. Or visit the smallest art museum, which was on the sixth place of the 5k competition. The science of pixologie has some good designed background information. Another site in nice design is nachdemfilm.
Thanks to Miss Partykeller for a lot of links again.
