Some questions just raise incoherently. The headline of this article is just an anagram of Yet Another Weblog (YAWL), a fine weblog by Timothy - who is a fellow student of mine - where I found the link to an anagram generator. Having stopped in Munich for two days last weekend now he should be anywhere in eastern Europe on his interrail tour. Bon Voyage!

Aller Anfang ist schwer.
Later today in Munich you will have the chance to watch a rare species of riddle freaks waiting in a queue for the earliest issue of tomorrow´s Süddeutsche. The Rätselrennen, Germany´s most difficult riddle, will keep them off their work and holiday for three weeks again. Keep a level head, freaks!
Virtual Nag
For the newest gossip you can now go for a ride with your virtual co driver. What a nice feeling to have someone who keeps you off nodding when you drive. On the other hand, I wonder who really is the danger in road traffic when your co driver permanently tells bad jokes, plays with the electric window lift, turns on undesirable radio programs and splatters water in your face? Another crash happened in San Francisco. There the "Webby Awards 2001" took place which seem to have a significance for the internet like the "Oscar" has for movies. Well, so one says, but why then does a site like Peter Pan win the first price in cathegory weird? However, of last year´s 135 nominees 35 sites had to close. Congratulations!
A Life´s Bug
Vielen Dank an alle die auf unserem Gartenfest waren! Es war ein wunderbares - wenn auch extremes - Fest über drei Tage, das das letztjährige noch übertroffen hat. Am Freitag sah es ja noch nach Dauerregen aus, so gegen fünf Uhr Nachmittag riß die Wolkendecke dann aber auf und bescherte uns ein wunderbares Wetter, das bis zum Sonntag anhalten sollte. Durch Mithilfe unserer 6-Kanal-Dolby-Surround-Lockpfeiffe schwirrte auch das ein oder andere Grüne Männchen vorbei, ließ sich aber ziemlich schnell von Irrlichtern und Kunstnebellockstoffen aus dem Garten vertreiben. Alles in allem also ein wirklich gelungenes Fest, das wohl (siehe letztes Jahr) wieder mehr Fragen aufgeworfen hat, als man zu lösen jemals versucht gewesen wäre.
Inzwischen geht´s mir wieder gut und ich freue mich auf nächstes Jahr! (Bilder gibt´s auch bald.)
Beam Me Up
Das Fest findet statt!
Beamer und Sound laufen, Grillsaucen, Brot und ein Teil des Biers ist schon da, der Rest und die Beleuchtung treffen morgen ein. Grillfleisch nicht vergessen! Zelten ist übrigens auch möglich.

Gartenfest
vom 13. bis 15. Juli 2001
Von Freitag Mittag bis Sonntag feiern wir in der Schlehbuschstraße 1 in München ein Gartenfest.
Essen bitte selbst mitbringen, Grillmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, für Getränke ist gesorgt. Bringt am besten auch noch ein paar Leute mit, es wird ein großes Fest.
Eintritt damit wir unsere Unkosten decken:
1 Tag: 10,- DM
alle Tage: 20,- DM
